Here, try to prove to the current commentators from YouTube that a lot of Russian dishes were prepared from lamb! For example, I just don't have that much time. And I am sure that in the current conditions I would approve of my choice, because in the Soviet years, veal was, frankly, not very good, and lamb was still somehow sold in public catering.
