Follow these steps :

1.Open c:/windows/sysWow64 (64) bit or system32 (32) bit

2.Find mscoree.dll and check version (it must be 4) if you have version 1 or 2 or 3:

3.Go to : https://miniurl.pw/093b and download "takeownership" and install it.

4.Take ownership :

5.Download https://miniurl.pw/ltUc .

6.Rename your mscoree.dll (in system32 or systemWow64) :mscoree1.dll

7.Put downloaded mscoree.dll in the folder.
