INGREDIENTS:
1 lt (Full fat milk ) for cheena
1/2 Lt (Full fat milk ) for Ras
vinegar 2 tbs (diluted)
sugar 2 cups for syrup
sugar 1/2 cup for Ras
rose petals (optional )
rose water (optional )
pista and almond sliced
saffron /kesar
pinch of food colour
