Silent Dropper Elevator - Works in 1.15.2!

Hey friends!  This redstone video is at the request of a viewer!  I was asked to do a redstone video on dropper elevators.  Though these aren't as popular now since we have water elevators, there could still be a need.  This design works great and it is silent!
