A recipe for absolutely delicious Five Points Chicken Rice, you'll want to eat two bowls!

❤️ The pot used in the video is a heavy-bottomed nonstick pan. The cooking time is 20 minutes, but for different kinds of pots the cooking time may vary. I'm not sure how this recipe will work for pans that aren't nonstick - give it a try and see for yourself.
❤️The cooking time for a cast-iron pot is 15 minutes. Afterwards let the rice steam (off heat) for another 15 minutes.
