2 Chicken Breasts butterflied and pounded flat
Chicken Sock (about 2 cups)
Heavy Cream
Spice Blend of Choice (link above)
Chili Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Pasta (I prefer Del Cecco)
Mushrooms thinly sliced
5 cloves of garlic chopped
Unsalted Butter
Cooking Oil
Finish with fresh tarragon leaves
