You guys loved my last
You guys loved my last underwater #photoshoot video a lot, so... I decided to film another one! This time, it’s a #HALLOWEEN UNDERWATER PHOTOSHOOT!

My friend Lily modeled for me again, she is amazing to shoot with because she’s a dancer and can do some seriously awesome poses #underwater! Since we have already done one underwater photoshoot, we had a much better idea of how things were going to work this time and it ran a lot more smoothly!
We started with a simple costume first to get back in the groove of being underwater: ELASTIGIRL from The Incredibles. This costume was really easy to shoot underwater because it wa very form fitting, so Lily was able to do a lot of cool tricks in it and not have to worry about fabric flying everywhere, or losing any props! 😂
The second costume that we decided on is a Halloween classic… A WITCH! This costume proved to be much more difficult since the fabric of the dress is so heavy. Lily ended up having a hard time moving around how she wanted to. She’s a pro though, and still made it work! We tried our best with the hat and broom, but some things just aren’t meant to happen underwater. 😂We decided to also incorporate a BATH BOMB in the pool to try and make it look like Lily was creating some underwater magic potions, 😎 what do you guys think of how those photos turned out?!
The next look was Wonder Woman, and this look was actually SO COOL. The colors looked amazing underwater, and I was able to get some really cool shots of Lily in classic Wonder Woman poses! I was worried about this look the most, and it ended up being one of my favorites!
The last look that we were able to shoot was Vanellope von Schweetz from Wreck it Ralph 2! We didn’t get to spend as much time on this outfit as I would have liked to because the sky suddenly got DARK, and in Texas, that means a storm is CLOSE. 😳We were honeslty only able to shoot Lily in this last #costume for about 5 minutes, so it was really a toss up if I was going have any useable shots or not. Luckily I was able to make a couple of photos work! That’s the trouble when you’re shooting outside, you have to rely on the weather which doesn’t always cooperate with you! These kinds of shoots are so fun, but just like in the last video, I recommend that you don’t try this at home without a strong swimmer present, a safety setup, adult supervision AND the right waterproof equipment!
