Why pay for your car to sit at an airport or train depot, while you travel? That questions forms the premise behind France-based car-sharing service, Travelcar.
As seen in this interview, their service allows owners of cars to earn revenue with their mobile assets. Unlike other services, such as Turo or Getaround, Travelcar focuses on the traveler and, like those services, allows the average consumer to make money off their car at times when it would normally be parked..
In the above interview, TravelCar CEO Ahmed Mhiri discusses how their platform works and how it could help drive new revenue to parking lot owners (e.g. increasing turnover in parking spaces).
