Sometimes, travel doesn't always quite
Sometimes, travel doesn't always quite work as you would expect it to. Whilst that is often unavoidable (weather, breakdowns etc), when the company over-promises and under-delivers, I 'm quite happy to call it out.
I was so looking forward to this trip and had been recommended to try it because of the 'amazing' coaches and service that Berrys provide. Looking on their website, I saw pictures of luxury double-decker coaches (some with table seating) and the words 'onboard courier service' prominently displayed near the top.
However, what was advertised, what I paid for and what I got for the money was distinctly different and ultimately, I was left disappointed.
But was I being too harsh? I'm sure you'll let me know in the comments if you think so. I'll probably be banned from travelling with them again after posting this up but, in all honesty, I don't really care because I don't live in Devon and I don't need to use their service. But if you do use them, I'd be interested to hear of your experiences. Maybe this was a one off, maybe not? As always guys, I look forward to reading your comments.
