Currently, we're diving deep into the world of holistic health practices. Inspired by Steve’s autoimmune journey, we've adopted the carnivore diet, which has transformed our well-being. But it doesn't stop there – we're also avid practitioners of grounding/earthing, regular sauna sessions, invigorating cold plunges, mindful exercise, and meditation.

If we must...in a nutshell we are a couple of weirdos and we looooove having fun doing anything and everything that entertains us! Usually it involves having a good laugh about something! Whether we're playing games, going on adventures, exploring, or just sitting around chatting with you guys...we're gonna enjoy ourselves and we want you to come along with us for the fun!
By the way, since you all want to know...we have been married since 2001 and we live in Southern California. We've got 3 amazing grown kids and 5 absolutely adorable grandkids.
