As we updated you in the last video, Bahria Town has implemented development charges on all plots in Bahria Phase 8 Extension. In this video, we will share the details of charges implemented on all plot sizes of Phase 8 Extension.
Development charges are officially announced, this means that the development will be initiated at full pace and the project will delivered. Furthermore, the possessions will also be awarded to the rightful owners.
Different news was circling in the market, that merging would be done or if this block would be delivered at all. All such news is now dispelled and plots will be allotted to members.
Implementation of development charges will create some short-term problems the prices will reduce and buying will decrease. But ultimately, good results will start to come in the long run.
This is a chance for members to submit the development charges along with outstanding dues to save themselves from the surcharge. Bahria will also move forward to cancel the files with no or fewer payments.
There are 2 categories of files, the original ones of Phase 8 Extension sold on installments and files that were transferred from Phase 9. The cost of land of original files is more than shifted ones. Bahria Town has implemented development charges as per the old files.
The development charges are as follows:
5 Marla: PKR 800,000
8 Marla: PKR 1,100,000
10 Marla: 1,300,000
1 Kanal: 2,000,000
