After HoYoverse announced that Herrscher
After HoYoverse announced that Herrscher of Rebirth Seele would become a new battlesuit in version 6.8 of Honkai Impact 3rd, a lot of people were confused. As far as we knew, all the Honkai Energy on Earth is being siphoned to the Moon by Kiana, so a new Herrscher should've been impossible.
Despite that, HoYoverse cleverly brought forth a new “Herrscher” while keeping true to their established plot points at the end of Part 1. In fact, Herrscher of Rebirth is not really even a Herrscher. I mean… she is… but not in the traditional sense. In this video, I’m going to explain everything you need to know about Herrscher of Rebirth Seele, including how she came to be, what are her powers, and why is she not considered a NORMAL Herrscher like the rest.
This video also goes over the events of the most recent story arc and talks about some of the most important plot points, with a particular focus on Dark Seele's (Veliona) development as a character and how her relationship with Seele and the people around her changed and allowed her to grow.
