2007 Cadillac SRX V6 O2 sensor

Okay..

So we were only half successful today.

Working on the O2 sensors on a 2007 Cadillac SRX with the 3.6L engine. We were able to get bank 2, sensor 2 but couldn't get bank 2, sensor 1 to break free.

You definitely want to use some penetrating oil and give it time to work the sensor free because of the expansion and contraction from being heated, it will be next to impossible to simply break free.

Make sure you have time on your hands to do the job but once you're down there, it's simple to complete.

So a learning experience and partial victory. I'll take it.
