Bacon fried corn Blackstone 🥓 🌽 😋

Bacon fried corn is so easy on my Blackstone and just ends up so tasty.
Topped with a little lime juice, spicy mayo and flaming hot Cheetos and this dish is either great by itself or as a side dish!

Ingredients (all aprox)
1 lb bacon (cut into small pieces)
1 large red onion (diced)
1 large bag frozen corn
2 Tbsp minced garlic
Taco Seasoning of choice (Spyce Girlz for me)
Chives (freshly sliced)
Maple Syrup 🇨🇦
Lime (to squeeze on top)
Spicy Mayo
Flaming Hot Cheetos (crumble on top)
