Midland Repeater PM/FCC Using R2600 Service Monitor

In this video I demonstrate how to do a preventative maintenance check on a Midland Basetech III vhf repeater using a Motorola R2600 communications service monitor. This involves transmitter checks for power out, frequency error, deviation and repeat audio. The receiver is tested for 12dB sinad, freq error, tight squelch, site desense and local desense. The duplexer is tested for pass and reject on both sides.
