2-Ingredient Vegan Yogurt

Do yourself a favour and throw some plant milk and probiotics into an instant pot or slow cooker. 15 hours later you’ll have homemade vegan yogurt and you can begin a vicious vegan yogurt making cycle using cultures from your first batch to keep it going.

I love making it myself because 1) I don’t like coconut yogurt and almost every single vegan yogurt out there contains some kind of coconut and 2) soy yogurt is hard to find in the US because soy has been villainized here, but it’s high in protein, super neutral in flavour and my personal favourite.

ALL YOU NEED:
⊹ plant milk of choice (make sure the ingredient list is purely the nut or seed and water, no gums, additives or sweeteners)
⊹ vegan probiotic capsules
