You will likely need a program to open a ZIP file, I would recommend winrar or 7Zip, I use WinRar (http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm)
Only have a Android or iOS device? Check out Working 2021 - How to be a cop/police...
As I say at the beginning this is not LSPDFR but it is as close as you can get on console
This is much better than the other videos simply showing how to make a police car in GTA Online or dress up as a cop, this is how to be a police officer within GTA 5!
