1. 1:25 - Express your frustrations and concerns to your trusted real estate advisor. Don't let unreasonable home buyers cloud your logic!
2. 2:07 - Buyer's asking too much of you in the form of seller concessions and/ or credits that aren't realistic to the market trends, conditions, and indicators! Every market behaves differently, chat over the current conditions with your listing agent.
3. 5:24 - Buyers try to lowball excessively!
4. 9:36 - Issues with the buyer's loan and/ or financials!
5. 13:08 - Dealing with difficult home buyers that threaten to walk away... More than once!
6. 15:47 - Buyer's refusing to negotiate a low appraisal. As a home seller, you must be very honest with yourself about fair market value vs a "low appraisal." If you know your price was higher than fair market value, then this was to be expected!
7. 17:14 - Buyer demands early occupancy! This is when a buyer wants to move in BEFORE closing!
