Ingredients:
Quinoa 150g, water 240ml,
oyster mushrooms 250g, five spice ½tsp, salt ½tsp,
garlic powder 1tsp, onion powder 1tsp, cornflour 2tbsp,
cooking oil, spring onion and cucumber, hoisin sauce
