In this video, I share a glimpse of our world class team training.  Lecture learning is only 10% effective, thats why our hands on training is so successful. We train on a concept or two, then we breakout into small zoom rooms to actually practice with our peers!

Specifically in this training we are teaching our reps HOW to talk to people (prospect them)... its seems basic, but you can never get tired of the fundamentals.

So if you have a team, I encourage you to be hands-on in teaching them your business fundamentals. Guide them to master the game. Because if you have the best-trained team, all of you will win the biggest in business!
