In this video I will show you how to enable & change your gamemode from survival/hardcore to creative/adventure/spectator game mode in Minecraft Java edition. If you are in a survival world and don't have cheats enabled, and type in /gamemode, it will show an error but with the method shown in the video, you can change any survival world into a creative and back to survival again. This is useful and can show you how to change survival to creative command.
You can obviously create a creative world with cheats on and use the Minecraft commands, however for existing survival worlds it wont let you, so you have to use the method in this video to enable cheats and then you can switch from survival game mode to creative gamemode and back to survival again.
Played on Minecraft Java version 1.17.1 Caves and Cliffs update, and should be doable in future version too!
