“What a day for pickin' daisies and lots of red balloons…“, 60’s sunshine pop at it’s best! The kids, including many of the regulars, dance to Spanky and Our Gang’s #14 hit…in glorious living color.

Watch for shots of the cameras and crew while they are dancing and rare shots of the TV monitors near the bleachers that (I think) are live shots of the show where they can see themselves.

…..And on TV tonight, after new episodes of Hogan’s Heroes and Petticoat Junction, it’s the 6th annual Miss Teenage America Pageant on CBS….The judges are John Banner (Sgt. Schultz) and none other than Dick Clark.
