Auf den ersten Blick ist ein Schmierstoffverteiler ein unscheinbarer Metallblock mit Leitungsanschlüssen auf allen Seiten. Erst der Blick ins Innere zeigt die ausgeklügelte Funktionsweise. Dazu gibt es zahlreiche Animationen, doch am eindurcksvollsten ist der Blick in einen echten Verteiler, der mit echtem Fett betrieben wird. Dazu haben wir ein transparentes Verteilermodell abwechselnd über beide Hauptleitungsanschlüsse mit Fett gefüllt und mehrere Zyklen simuliert.
At first glance, a lubricant distributor is an inconspicuous metal block with line connections on all sides. Only a look inside shows the sophisticated functionality. There are numerous animations availabe, but the most impressive is the view into a real distributor that is operated with real grease. To do this, we filled a transparent distributor model alternately with grease via both main line connections and simulated several cycles.
