قابلى پلو Kabuli Palow
مواد لازم Ingredients
برنج ٤ پياله rice 4 cups
روغن سه الى ٤ ق نانخورى oil 3 or 4 tbsp
گوشت يك كيلو meat 1 kg
نمك  دو ق salt 2 tsp or to taste you can add more
پياز ٤ عدد 4 onions
زردك يك كيلو 1kg carrots
كشمش ٣/٤ پياله 3/4 cup raisins
زيره يك ق 1 tbsp cumin
هيل يك ق cardamom 1 tsp
اب ٤ كيلاس  water 4 glasses
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onion fry for few minuets until it’s golden.
Then add the meat stir fry for 5 minuets.
Add salt and cardamom .
Pour water and cook for 20 minuets in the pressure cooker.10 minuets high flame and 10 minuets medium,after turn off the heat and don’t open for 8 minuets.
Cut and slice the carrots .Wash the raisins and keep a side.
Take out the cooked meat and add the carrots only boil for 5 minuets.put the rice on the top.
Add the meat and raisins ,sprinkle the cumin seeds.
When it’s start bubbling and boiling close the lid
Cook for 10 minuets  high flame after you heard the pressure cooker noise.
Turn of the heat,but don’t open ,wait for 8 minuets
Open the lid an your kabuli is ready to serve
