Vegetable Sizzler:

Ingredients:
Potatoes    2 (Cubed & boiled)
Carrots    1 cup (boiled)
Capsicum    2
Mushrooms    1 cup
Cottage cheese   100 gm
Butter    50 gm
Onion    1 (square cut)
Black pepper  ½ tsp
Salt     ½ tsp
White sauce   1/2 cup
Finely chopped garlic  1 tbsp
Green coriander   2 tbsp
Oil     1/4 cup

Method:
Heat oil, add potatoes, carrots, capsicums, mushrooms and cottage cheese. Fry it and take it out. Now take another pan, heat half of the butter in it. Then add fried vegetables, black pepper, salt, white sauce and finely chopped garlic. Mix and cook it for a minute. Now heat sizzling platter, add the remaining butter and put the onions. Add cooked vegetables and serve immediately.


Karela Qeema Chanay Ki Daal:

Ingredients:
Bitter gourd  (peeled sliced and fried) 1/2 kg
Beef mince     300 gm
Split chickpeas (boiled)   1 cup
Oil      1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste    1 tbsp
Onion (sliced and golden)  2
Tomatoes     1 cup
Salt       to taste
Red chili powder    1 tsp
Turmeric     1 tsp
Cumin powder    1 tsp
Coriander powder    1 tsp
Water      as required
All spice powder    1 tsp
Green chilies     for garnish
Ginger julienne     for garnish
Fresh coriander     for garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and mince. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add tomatoes, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, water and let it simmer on low flame for about 5 to 10 minutes. Now add cooked spilt chickpea, all spice powder, green chilies and ginger. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander, fried onions and bitter gourd. Serve hot.
