This classic German blueberry cake is a taste experience! Each bite is enriched with delicate nuts, melted into a delicious blueberry jam and topped with a creamy custard. The interplay of sweet blueberries, crispy cake base and creamy pudding creates a truly sensual and irresistible taste experience. This cake is easy to prepare and tastes so tender and delicious that it will enchant anyone. A real classic that melts in your mouth!

❗️ Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
🍰 Dough:
100 g (3.5 oz) any nuts (any)
6 egg yolks
a pinch of salt
160 g (1 cup / 5.6 oz) powdered sugar
160 g (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
400 g (3 cups / 14 oz) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking tin 20 x 30 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 320°F for 30 minutes with a load and 10 minutes without a load
🫐 Jam:
500 g (1 pound) blueberries (frozen)
70 g (6 tbsp / 2.5 oz) cornstarch
250 ml (1 1/4 cups / 8.8 oz) juice (any)
🍰 Pudding cream:
1 liter (5 cups / 2 pints) milk
150 g (3/4 cups / 5 oz) sugar
100 g (2/3 cup / 3.5 oz) cornstarch
30 g (1 heaped tbsp / 1 oz) mascarpone
150 g blueberries (fresh).
Assemble the cake like in the video
Place the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
