We made Tom and Jerry cookies from a Tom and Jerry cookie cutter set that came with a McDonald's Happy Meal. The cookie is rather hard and the flavor is quite simple. The more you chew, the more you can enjoy its wheat taste.
Recipe
1. Beat one egg.
2. Add 40g sugar, 30g vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt and whisk.
3. Add 200g sifted cake flour and stir with a rubber spatula.
4. Once it has combined, roll out the dough to a 4mm thickness, and cut out your cookie shapes.
5. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius, making sure to check on it.
6. You're done!
