Visiting Sabrina's Exotic Caribbean Fusion at Eddie Hart Grounds for the first time and discovering the most elevated version of a well-loved Trinbagonian snack, pholourie.

Blossoming from a unique line of anchars which includes flavours like eggplant and sorrel and paw paw, Sabrina's now offers gourmet style pholouries like steak and cheese, salmon, creamy lamb and mushroom and much more.

This family run business has been perfecting their craft for over 10 years and we had the chance to chat with Sabrina a bit about how they got started.
