Brussel Sprouts are among my favorite vegetables. I especially love roasted brussel sprouts that have browned and slightly caramelized on the outside...without being over cooked of course. However, knowing how to cook brussel sprouts begins with knowing how to clean them.
In this short video I show you how to clean and prep some brussel sprouts for cooking. It's a very simple process, but you do want to trim them up right and give them a quick rinse under the water.
