今天做了芋头紫薯冰淇淋，真的超喜欢这丝滑没冰渣子的冰淇淋口感。因为这食谱不需要用冰淇淋机，不用炼奶，一般自家都能做，口感还不会硬得像冰块，较容易挖球。这是没炼奶的食谱 ，甜度适中, 不甜腻。而且最重要里面满满的芋头紫薯香，搭配些椰奶香。冰淇淋天然浅紫色，衬托芋头紫薯泥天然深紫玫瑰，漂亮清爽，很满足。
Today made Yam Purple Potato Ice Cream a.k.a Taro Ube Ice Cream. , I really like the silky smooth velvety texture of the ice cream without ice particles. Because this is a no ice cream maker recipe, convenient for homemade. Won’t freeze hard as ice, thus easier to scoop out pretty ice cream balls. This is a recipe without condensed milk, the sweetness is just right. And most importantly, loaded with Yam & purple potato flavors, with some coconut milk fragrance. The ice cream is naturally light purple, contrast with the yam purple potato puree natural deep purple rosette, beautiful and refreshing, very satisfying.

♦食谱=长方模具 (18.5厘米 x 13.5厘米 x 6厘米)=
150克 芋头 + 130克 紫薯 (准备多些) (大火蒸20分钟)
150克 全脂牛奶
20克 椰奶
3 蛋黄
100克 细纱糖
2.5克 盐
340克 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
(1st: 冰库冷冻2小时)
(2nd: 冰库冷冻1½-2小时)
(3rd: 冰库冷冻6小时-隔夜)
♦Recipe =Rectangle mould (18.5cm x 13.5cm x 6cm)=
150g Yam + 130g Purple Potato (Prepare more) (High Heat Steam 20minutes)
150g Full Cream Milk
20g Coconut Milk
3 Egg Yolks
100g Caster Sugar
2.5g Salt
340g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold)
(1st: Freeze in freezer for 2hours)
(2nd: Freeze in freezer for 1½-2hours)
(3rd: Freeze in freezer for 6hours-overnight)
