Besan sooji dosa is an excellent combination with lot of fresh vegetables on it which makes a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients:
   Sooji rawa                        1 cup          
   Besan                                1 cup
   Salt                                      to taste
  Soda                                       pinch
  Buttermilk                               1 cup
  Green chilies(finely chopped)  2 tbsp                    
 Capsicum(finely chopped)       2 tbsp                    
 Carrot(finely chopped)              2 tbsp
 Cumin seeds                               ½ tsp
  Onions(finely chopped)            2 tbsp
  Beans(finely chopped)               2 tbsp
  Tomatoes(finely chopped)         2 tbsp
  Garam masala                          ½ tsp
   Oil                                             2 tsp

  Method :
Take sooji rava in a bowl and add besan, salt, soda, buttermilk and mix it properly to make dosa batter.
For topping take green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cumin seeds, onions, beans, tomatoes, fresh garam masala, salt in a bowl and mix it.
On a hot pan put a ladleful of batter and spread it gently.
Now top it up with the mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame.
Add oil on it and just press it to cook.
After 2-3 min slowly turn it to other side and cook for just 1 min.  
Take it in a plate and enjoy your dosa hot.
