Kyoko Hori is a bright and popular high school girl, whose personality is very different from that of her male classmate Izumi Miyamura, a gloomy and bespectacled-looking geek. At home, Hori is a homebody who looks simple and takes care of the household chores and her younger brother, Souta. He makes every effort to hide his appearance from his classmates so as not to disturb his social status and worry others. One day, Souta came home with a nosebleed. He is accompanied by someone who has several piercings and tattoos and introduces himself as Miyamura. After recognizing Hori, even though she was dressed simply, they kept their true identities a secret from their friends. However, as time passes, as the two begin to know more about each other, it eventually dawns on them that they have a lot more in common than they thought. Together, they try to help each other keep their identities a secret after school. As time went on, the two realized that they were closer than before and eventually became lovers.
