Maltempo a Milano, forte grandinata sulla città e alberi caduti nella zona ovest della provincia

A strong and dense hailstorm hit Milan around 8.30pm on Friday 12 July. The images, shot in the Isola area, show the most intense phase of the phenomenon, which lasted a few minutes, during which grains with a diameter of up to five centimeters fell.
The same disturbance also caused problems in some areas of the province, in particular in the area west of the Lombardy capital. In Bareggio and Cornaredo the firefighters were involved in various interventions due to fallen trees. A large tree literally leaned against a house in the center of the first municipality. Several cars were also hit and damaged.
