So it might come as
So it might come as a surprise to many regular viewers of the channel, but we have made the decision to sell our much loved 2018 Jayco Journey Outback 17.58-3.
As you could probably imagine this decision wasn’t easy, nor was it watching the van drive out of the driveway for the last time in the hands of another family, ready to make some awesome new memories…
We bought the van brand new in March 2018 after a 5 and a half month wait in the production phase. As a family we have made some amazing memories, visited some unbelievable places, all while living and sleeping in luxury and comfort.
This van has allowed us to access places that we probably wouldn’t have visited with 6 month old children at times that didn’t have ideal weather conditions. With diesel heaters, aircon’s, showers and full kitchen facilities, this home away from home has sure changed our outlook and experience in the bush.
But all good things must eventually come to an end. In today’s video I explain exactly why we sold this awesome van.
Please rest assured that this is by no means the end of XPLORINGOZ or our channel. Our plans may have changed, but our passion for exploring the Australian outback will never fade.
We have some awesome plans in the future in relation to both the Landcruiser 200 series and a new trailer ideas. You can bet that there will be many videos, modifying, reasoning and explaining what we chose, why and documenting our experiences camping with our family.
I hope you have managed to get some value out of the many video’s I released on this particular van and hope that continue to watch content to come in the future.
