This is one of my
This is one of my all time favourite Iranian dishes, its sweet and sour, mixed with the flavours coming from the meatballs. I think it is true perfection.
Ingredients
1 packet of frozen cherries
250grams of mince lamb
1 small onion grated
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1tbsp Saffron
2tbsp Butter
3 Cups of rice soaked
