On Saturday, 11 May 2019 in Kirehe District, Kigina Sector, Ruhanga Cell, Nyakarambi II Village, in Sun City Motel, Ingabire Umuhoza Victoire, chaired a meeting of the so-called FDU-Inkingi, attended by 22 people.
She informed the meeting she plans to mobilize people so that they can conduct demonstrations like the ones that happened in Arab countries and North Africa.
The meeting was interrupted by the executive secretary of Ruhanga Cell Macumi Joseph who entered with a camera and when he started taking photos, all participants stood up immediately and scattered.
Some of the oarticipants were interviewed on video about what was discussed at the meeting.
