This week's Tutorial Tidbit features a sneak peek into a Patreon collage lesson, then I bring you in for the final steps of adding some bling on top with Tacky-When-Dry-Gel and Deco Foil to create shiny bubbles plus Triple Thick glaze to add shine just to the collage fish.
