To cook meat royally on the festive table:
Pork neck - 1.5 kg
Tomato - 200 g
Cheese - 100+20 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Parsley - a small bunch
Soy sauce - 6-7 tablespoons or salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Dry basil - 0.5 tsp
Bacon - 60 g


1. Cut the pork neck lengthwise to make a large layer of meat 1-1.5 cm thick.
2. Cover the meat with cling film and beat well with a hammer.
3. Chop the garlic and parsley very finely. Sprinkle over meat. Pepper the meat and pour over the soy sauce. Instead of soy sauce, you can simply salt to taste. Let the meat marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, preferably 60-90 minutes.
4. Finely chop the tomato and cheese, sprinkle with dry basil, mix. Transfer to the meat in an even layer, not reaching the edge of 5-7 centimeters.
5. Roll the meat into a roll, tie it with twine or strips from the baking sleeve so that the meat keeps its shape well. Put in a baking sleeve and fix the sleeve on both sides.
6. Bake for 60 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
7. Open the sleeve, sprinkle the meat with finely chopped bacon and cheese, bake for another 30 minutes without a sleeve so that the meat is browned.
