In this weeks video we are going to learn 4 easy ways how to create a time stutter/skip glitch effects using cuts in Premiere Pro. It is a really simple effect to create and can work really well when you have the right song to cut to and a fair amount of movement in your scene.
You can get creative by mixing the 4 methods together and creating something new!
We will be using Adobe Premiere Pro to cut up our clips using the razor tool and then we will be duplicating the cuts and at some point using the slip tool to create the time stutter effect.
