Today I propose a simple and full of flavor first course. Pasta with mushrooms and sausage. Without cream! I teach you how to make it amazing! Tasty good, but not heavy! For this dish I chose the dry egg pasta from a historic manufacturer Pastificio Artigianale Leonardo Carassai in Campofilone, a small province of the Marche that has specialized for decades in the production of dry egg pasta. I used some porcini mushrooms and some champignon mushrooms, let's say about half and half, and a good sausage, calculating one each. I'll show you how to clean mushrooms at home, teaching you a little advice that is used in restaurants when cooking mushrooms. Sprinkle everything with ice-cold craft beer, a generous grating of Grana Padano and a few sheets of fresh sage that suits us perfectly. And the dish is ready !! Bon appetit from Casa Mariola!
