Watch a pack of wild dogs swim across a crocodile infested river...with a croc in hot pursuit!!!

Yesterday morning was an unforgettable one for both our guide Perry Nyama and his guests, as they were left on the edge of their seats by this incredible sighting!

After a hearty cup of coffee and croissant at Nkwali Camp, Perry set out with his guest , boating across the Luangwa River to get into the South Luangwa National Park. Little did he know that there were a pack of wild dogs who were shortly going to follow suit....

Once on the other side of the river (and now in the park) Perry and his guests got into the game viewer, ready to head of into the park when Perry noticed the dogs on the other side of the river. He knew something was up...
After 30 minutes of deliberation, the dogs took the plunge, and clustered closely together, they literally swam for their life as they were in hot pursuit by a hungry crocodile.

Perry and the guest breathed a huge sigh of relief as the dogs made it to the other side....just in the nick of time!
