दोस्तों इस वीडियो में हम लोग सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम - 2005  अर्थात Right to information act - 2005 की धारा  8 और धारा 9 के बारे में जानेंगे।
धारा 8 सूचना के प्रकट किए जाने से छूट ( Exemption from disclosure of information ) के बारे में बताती है और धारा 9 कतिपय मामलों में सूचना के लिए स्वीकृति ( Grounds for rejection to access in certain cases ) के बारे में बताती है
कि सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम के अंतर्गत आपको लोक सूचना अधिकारी किन बिंदुओं के अंतर्गत मांगी गई सूचना देने से मना कर सकता है यह इन धाराओं में अर्थात धारा 8 और धारा 9 में बताया गया है।
