I was uncomfortable with the Dentist who treated my daughter. He was very cocky, rushing, and brushing anything off that I asked or said. I played along with it, smiled, agreed with him and even joked, because what am I going to do with someone working inside of my child's mouth. He basically told me no to the nitrous. We waited for MONTHS because we were told that she would need it for this procedure. When I went to the front to pay, he called me back as if he was rushing and didn't want to deal with nitrous. I was going to pay $100 plus out of my own pocket. My daughter said her jaw hurts really bad after we left, and still today, 5/9/2023, she said because they kept forcing her mouth open. And I said I was thinking that was the reason because he did keep SNATCHING her jaw open. She was numb, but he didn't have to snatch like that. Of course she's going to feel it once the numbing wears off. I'm so upset because if she didn't need nitrous then she could've gotten this work done 7 MONTHS AGO!! Overall, the rest of the staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. But I will never go to him again. He needs training on bedside manners. Oh, to top it off, he was drooling profusely when he was standing over me talking me out of the nitrous and basically telling me no he wasn't going to give it to her tho I was paying for it, but I didn't want to make it obvious that I was recording. He was very intimidating. You all know if my daughter wasn't getting a medical procedure done, I would have told him about him and his mammy! Tons of slob and foam was coming out of the sides of his mouth. And I'm sure you all heard him say, "Holy Shyt" after he saw my daughter's mouth. Even if you think that, you say it out loud? I knew her teeth were bad so I didn't disagree, and again, I was uncomfortably agreeing with a lot and giggling because I was afraid of retaliation. He could've drilled harder, cut her gums or anything.
