Remember to activate the translation
Remember to activate the translation of the language of your country. It is very simple :
On Mobile Phone: Click on “CC” which is located at the top right of the video screen.
On Computer: Click on Video Settings⚙️and enable translation.
No-bake strawberry cheesecake recipe, easy to make. Light and creamy and not too sweet!
For the strawberry puree I cooked the strawberries for a few minutes with a few drops of lemon juice then I mixed them (provide ripe or frozen strawberries)
INGREDIENTS For a 20 cm mold:
For the Base:
- 180 g of biscuits of your choice
- 70 g of butter
For the Cheesecake Cream:
- 450 g of Philadelphia Cheese
- 140 g of Strawberry Puree
- 1 and a half sheets of gelatin
- 70 g of Sugar
- 180 g of Whole Cream 30% fat (whipping cream)
For the Jelly:
- 150 strawberry puree
- 30 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 sheet of gelatin
Fresh strawberries for decoration (optional).
