Have you ever thought you can make your own healthy yogurt smoothie at home more natural and more variety of choice according to your liking? Here I like to share my cooking tips and trick.

Ingredients to prepared:
-- Crock pot or Slow cooker
-- 1 Liter of Fresh milk (can be any brand)
-- 250g Organic Natural Yogurt
-- Honey for sweetening to add flavour
-- Fruits can be Mango, Raspberry, Strawberry, Berry, Pineapple, Orange, Dragon fruit, Grape, Kiwifruit, Banana and etc

Description:
Pour 1 Liter of fresh milk into the crock pot and then switch on to slow mode for 2 and half hours, then let it cool down for another 3 hour to prevent the yogurt from spoiling. After 3 hours past, open up the lid and take a cup of organic natural yogurt mix and stir well with the milk evenly.

Then close back to the lid and cover with cloth to keep it warm for another 7 to 9 hours. After that, open out the cloth then you will see a nice and smooth Yogurt fermented with beauty texture. Now you can start making yogurt drinks depending on your choice. How thick, how liquid, the type of fruits you are going to make.

Keep inside the Refrigerator can last for 1 month. Recommendation drink in the morning before going to work.
