Banana Ice Cream/Nice Cream Demonstration:
Champion Juicer Banana Ice Cream

Carob Caramels

1 c shredded coconut
1/2 c carob powder
1 c oat flour
1/2 c honey or sorghum
2 Tbsp tahini or peanut butter
2 Tbsp chopped nuts
Water as needed for consistency to make a stiff dough
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT nuts. Press firmly into greased 8x8 square pan. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Chill before cutting into squares.
