This short guided meditation will help you to become aware of the subtle body and the primary seven chakras along the spine (shashumna nadi). Scanning gently through, cleansing and sending loving awareness to muladhara, svadisthana, manipura, anahatta, vishuddha, ajna, sahasrara chakras. I hope that you enjoy this chakra meditation.
