Learn how to create a perfectly neat edge in your knitting projects. This technique can be used for cardigans if you want to avoid knitting the bands and finishing the raw edges; scarves or any items with open raw edges. It looks like an applied i-cord, but rather than picking up stitches along the edge and knitting the i-cord on, you knit the "i-cord" simultaneously with the main fabric and don't have to spend time to trim the edges after you are done with the project.
