INGREDIENTS
-1 and 1/2Kilo chicken skin with fat (could be just skin, fat or both)
-4 and 1/2Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper
-4 and 1/2Tbsp cornstarch
-all purpose flour
-oil for frying.
