I've been starting to slow down with the coming of autumn. These months of abundance show us how nature continues her cycle and presents us with so much before she begins to slow down for the winter months. We could learn a thing or two.

The heather ink is pretty straight forward, I didnt make it complicated I just went with what I felt, you can see in the video that I pour into the jar after reducing the water for a couple of hours, I did actually put it back in the pan and reduce a little more, the water became a little thicker and at this point I took it out. It didn't make very much and I am sure there are probably ratios to follow but for now I am experimenting.
